Section 30-37-10 - Offenses; certain tie-in arrangements unlawful

A. It is unlawful for any person offering for sale, selling or distributing books, magazines or other printed material to require, as a condition for any such sale or delivery, that the purchaser or receiver of the delivery purchase or accept the delivery of any other book, magazine or other printed matter which contains sexually oriented material harmful to minors as defined in Subsection F of Section 30-37-1 NMSA 1978. Nothing in this subsection prohibits the sale or purchase on a voluntary basis of books, magazines or other printed material containing sexually oriented material. B.
