Section 30-4-2 - Criminal use of ransom

Criminal use of ransom consists of knowingly receiving, possessing, concealing or disposing of any portion of money or other property which has at any time been delivered for the ransom of a kidnaped person. Whoever commits criminal use of ransom is guilty of a third degree felony. History: 1953 Comp., § 40A-4-2, enacted by Laws 1963, ch. 303, § 4-2.
