A. It is unlawful to seize or exercise control of a bus by force or violence or by threat of force or violence. Whoever violates the provisions of this subsection is guilty of a third degree felony. B. It is unlawful to intimidate, threaten or assault any driver, attendant, guard or passenger of a bus with the intent of seizing or exercising control of a bus.
