Section 31-29-12 - Issuance of order of limited relief

A. The prosecutor shall be notified of a request for an order of limited relief. The court may issue an order of limited relief subject to restriction, condition or additional requirement.B. The court shall order any test, report, investigation or disclosure by the individual it reasonably believes necessary to its decision to issue an order of limited relief. If there are disputed issues of material fact or law, the individual and any prosecutor notified pursuant to Subsection A of this section or another prosecutorial agency designated by a prosecutor notified pursuant to Subsection A of this section may submit evidence and be heard on those issues.
