A. Chapter 32 [32A], Article 1 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the 'Children's Code General Provisions Act'. B. The provisions of the Children's Code General Provisions Act apply to Chapter 32 [32A] NMSA 1978: (1) unless the context otherwise requires; and (2) subject to additional definitions contained in Chapter 32 [32A], Articles 2 through 6 NMSA 1978.
