An Indian child residing on or off a reservation, as a resident of this state, shall have the same right to services that are available to other children of this state. The cost of the services provided to an Indian child or the Indian child's parents, guardian or Indian custodian shall be determined and provided for in the same manner as services are made to other children of the state, using tribal, state and federal funds.History: Laws 2022, ch. 41, § 10.
