§ 33-1-13-to-33-1-16

ANNOTATIONSTerminations. — Laws 1981, ch. 339, §§ 1 to 4 (33-1-13 to 33-1-16 NMSA 1978), which related to the corrections personnel board within the corrections and criminal rehabilitation department (now corrections department), are terminated by virtue of § 4 of that act (33-1-16 NMSA 1978) which provided that the corrections personnel board would terminate on December 31, 1982, unless otherwise extended, and that employees of the department would thereafter be covered by the Personnel Act unless excluded from coverage under 10-9-4 NMSA 1978. See 10-9-1 NMSA 1978 et seq.
