Laws 1984, ch. 65, contained no effective date provision applicable to § 175, but was enacted at the session which adjourned on February 16, 1984. See N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23. Compiler's notes. — Laws 1984, ch. 64, § 24, purportedly amended 33-8-10 NMSA 1978. The amendment was not given effect because of the later repeal of 33-8-10 NMSA 1978 by Laws 1984, ch. 65, § 175.
