ANNOTATIONSRepeals. — Laws 1979, ch. 346, § 13, repeals 34-8-1 to 34-8-13 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1953, ch. 137, §§ 1 to 12 and Laws 1955, ch. 104, § 3, relating to the small claims courts, effective July 1, 1980.
