Section 4-47-1 - Repealed

ANNOTATIONSRepeals. — Laws 1984, ch. 65, § 175, as amended by Laws 1984 (1st S.S.), ch. 2, § 1, repealed 4-47-1 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1887, ch. 8, § 3, relating to advertising for public works to be paid for by county funds, effective November 1, 1984. For comparable provisions in effect after November 1, 1984, see 13-1-28 to 13-1-199 NMSA 1978. Laws 1984 (1st S.S.), ch. 2, § 2, provided that the act take effect immediately. Approved March 28, 1984.
