Section 4-61-1 - Short title

Chapter 4, Article 61 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the 'Small Counties Assistance Act'. History: Laws 1982, ch. 44, § 1; 2003, ch. 217, § 1. ANNOTATIONSThe 2003 amendment, effective June 20, 2003, substituted 'Chapter 4, Article 61 NMSA 1978' for 'Sections 1 through 3 of this act' at the beginning of the section.
