ANNOTATIONSRepeals. — Laws 1994, ch. 107, § 904 repealed 40-6-1 to 40-6-41 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1969, ch. 242, §§ 1-41, and as amended by Laws 1977, ch. 252, § 25, relating to uniform reciprocal enforcement of support, effective July 1, 1995.
