ANNOTATIONSRepeals. — Laws 1989, ch. 357, § 26 repealed 46-7-1 to 46-7-10 NMSA 1978, as amended by Laws 1967, ch. 258, §§ 2, 3, 5, 6, 8 to 10 and Laws 1973, ch. 138, §§ 19 to 21, relating to the Uniform Gifts to Minors Act, effective July 1, 1989.
