Infrastructure development zones and the provisions of the Infrastructure Development Zone Act are exempt from the provisions of the Community Service District Act [4-54-1 to 4-54-5 NMSA 1978] and the Special District Procedures Act [4-53-1 to 4-53-11 NMSA 1978].
