Section 51-1-2 - Definitions

The 2001 amendment, effective June 15, 2001, inserted 'the director of the division or an employee of the division exercising authority lawfully delegated to the employee by the director' in Subsection B; and

amendment, effective June 15, 2001, inserted 'the director of the division or an employee of the division exercising authority lawfully delegated to the employee by the director' in Subsection B; and inserted 'or an employee of the department exercising authority lawfully delegated to the employee by the secretary' in Subsection C. The 1991 amendment, effective April 3, 1991, substituted 'labor department' for 'employment security department' in Subsection A; inserted present Subsection B; redesignated former Subsection B as present Subsection C and substituted 'labor' for 'employment security' therein; and made a related stylistic change.
