Section 53-4-17 - Application of voting provisions herein to voting by delegates

If an association has provided for voting by delegates, any provision herein referring to votes cast by the members shall apply to votes cast by delegates; but this shall not permit delegates to vote by mail. History: Laws 1939, ch. 164, § 17; 1941 Comp., § 54-1417; 1953 Comp., § 51-15-17.
