The secretary of state shall charge and collect for furnishing a copy of any document, instrument or paper relating to a corporation, five dollars ($5.00). In addition, if certifying the document, ten dollars ($10.00) shall be paid for the certificate and affixing the seal thereto. The 1993 amendment, effective July 1, 1993, substituted 'one dollar ($1.00)' for 'seventy-five cents ($.75)', inserted 'but in no case less than five dollars ($5.00)', and substituted 'ten dollars ($10.00)' for 'one dollar ($1.00)'.
