Section 57-20-2 - Definitions

As used in the Beverage Container Act: A. 'beverage' means beer or other malt beverages, fruit juice, vegetable juice and mineral waters, soda water and similar carbonated soft drinks, in liquid form and intended for human consumption; and B. 'beverage container' means the individual, separate, metal can containing a beverage. History: Laws 1981, ch. 289, § 2.
