Section 57-31-1 - Short title

Sections 1 through 5 [57-31-1 to 57-31-5 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the 'Distributed Generation Disclosure Act'. History: Laws 2017, ch. 102, § 1. ANNOTATIONSEffective dates. — Laws 2017, ch. 102 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 16, 2017, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
