A person who violates Section 58-21-18, 58-21-19, 58-21-20 or 58-21-21 NMSA 1978, knowing the statement to be false or misleading in any respect, is guilty of a fourth degree felony and upon conviction shall be sentenced as provided for in Section 31-18-15 NMSA 1978.
