Sections 1 through 24 [58-21B-1 to 58-21B-24 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the 'New Mexico Mortgage Loan Originator Licensing Act'. History: Laws 2009, ch. 122, § 1. ANNOTATIONSEffective dates. — Laws 2009, ch. 122, § 61 made the provisions of Laws 2009, ch. 122, § 1 effective July 31, 2009. Severability. — Laws 2009, ch. 122, § 60 provided that if any part or application of this act is held invalid, the remainder or its application to other situations or persons shall not be affected.
