ANNOTATIONSThe 1994 amendment, effective January 1, 1995, substituted 'Chapter 59A, Article 23C NMSA 1978' for 'Sections 1 through 9 of this act'. Applicability. — Laws 1994, ch. 75, § 36 made the provisions of §§ 26 to 34 of the act applicable to all plans and policies delivered, issued for delivery or renewed on or after January 1, 1995.
