No later than sixty days following completion of an examination, the examiner in charge shall file with the office of superintendent of insurance a verified, written examination report. The examination report shall comprise only facts appearing upon the books, records or other documents of the person examined, or from information provided to the examiner during the course of the examination by the examinee's officers or agents and other individuals examined concerning its affairs, together with the conclusions and recommendations of the examiners as may reasonably be warranted from the facts.
