The state fire marshal or the marshal's deputy, authorized officer or designated agent shall have authority at all normal hours of operation to enter in and upon all buildings and premises subject to Chapter 59A, Article 52 NMSA 1978 for the purpose of examination and inspection.History: Laws 1984, ch. 127, § 955; 2020, ch. 9, § 36.
