As used in Chapter 6, Article 17 NMSA 1978, 'state educational institution' means the following: A. the university of New Mexico; B. the New Mexico state university; C. the New Mexico highlands university; D. the western New Mexico university; E. the eastern New Mexico university; F. the New Mexico institute of mining and technology; G. the northern New Mexico state school; H. the New Mexico military institute; I. the New Mexico school for the deaf; J. the New Mexico school for the visually handicapped; K. the San Juan college; L. the New Mexico junior college; M. the Santa Fe community college; and N. any post-secondary technical, vocational and area vocational institutes as defined in Sections 21-16-2 and 21-17-2 [repealed] NMSA 1978.
