ANNOTATIONSThe 2001 amendment, effective June 15, 2001, substituted 'Facility' for 'Building'. The 1997 amendment, effective June 20, 1997, substituted 'Chapter 6, Article 23 NMSA 1978' for 'Sections 1 through 10 of this act' and inserted 'and Water Conservation'.
