The authority shall be self-sustaining and self-funded. No appropriations, loans or other transfer of state funds shall be made to the authority or used or obligated to pay the expenses of the authority or lottery prizes. No claim for the payment of any lottery expense or lottery prize shall be made against any money other than money credited to the authority. History: Laws 1995, ch. 155, § 25.
