There is created a joint interim legislative committee that shall be known as the 'New Mexico exposition center authority oversight committee'. The New Mexico legislative council shall determine the membership of the committee and shall appoint the members and designate the chair and the vice chair in accordance with council policies. The staff for the committee shall be provided by the legislative council service. History: Laws 2005, ch. 342, § 21.
