Section 6-4-14 - Short title

Sections 6-4-14 through 6-4-24 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the 'Tobacco Escrow Fund Act'. History: Laws 2003, ch. 114, § 1; 2009, ch. 197, § 2. ANNOTATIONSThe 2009 amendment, effective July 1, 2009, changed the reference of the act to Sections 6-4-14 through 6-4-24 NMSA 1978.
