This amendment was not given effect due to the repeal of this section by Laws 1991, ch. 115, § 8, approved April 4, 1991. See 12-1-8 NMSA 1978. Laws 1992, ch. 110, § 2 enacted a section designated as 60-1-15.1 NMSA 1978, but, due to the prior existence of 60-1-15.1, that section was compiled as 60-1-15.2 NMSA 1978.
