A. All promoters, foreign co-promoters, matchmakers, professional boxers, professional kickboxers, professional martial artists, professional mixed martial artists, sports entertainment wrestlers, managers, seconds, announcers, referees, trainers, booking agents and timekeepers shall be licensed by the commission.B.
