A. A license issued pursuant to the New Mexico Bingo and Raffle Act shall be valid for three years and may be renewed for successive three-year terms. B. A permit issued pursuant to the New Mexico Bingo and Raffle Act shall be valid for three years from the date of issuance and may be renewed for successive three-year terms. C.
