Chapter 60, Article 6E NMSA 1978 may be cited as the 'Alcohol Server Education Article of the Liquor Control Act'. ANNOTATIONSRecompilations. — Laws 1999, ch. 277, §§ 2 through 13 enacted a new Alcohol Server Education Article of the Liquor Control Act and assigned those provisions as 60-6D-11 through 60-6D-22 NMSA 1978. These sections have been recompiled as 60-6E-1 through 60-6E-12 NMSA 1978 for clarity. The 2013 amendment, effective June 14, 2013, changed the NMSA article of the Alcohol Server Education Article of the Liquor Control Act; and after 'Article', changed '6D' to '6E'.
