Section 61-1-21 - Power of board to reopen the case

A. At any time after the hearing and prior to the filing of a petition for review, the party aggrieved may request the board to reopen the case to receive additional evidence or for other cause.B. The board need not reconvene and may be polled about whether to grant or refuse a request to reopen the case.
