Section 61-11-11 - Pharmacist intern; qualifications for licensure

The classification of pharmacist intern is established. An applicant for licensure as a pharmacist intern shall:A. be not less than eighteen years of age and not be addicted to the use of drugs or alcohol;B. have satisfactorily completed educational requirements established by rules of the board in a school or college of pharmacy approved by the board; andC. meet other requirements established by regulation of the board.
