There is created in the state treasury the 'massage therapy fund'. Money in the fund is appropriated to the board for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the Massage Therapy Practice Act. All funds received or collected by the board or the department under the Massage Therapy Practice Act shall be deposited with the state treasurer, who shall place the money to the credit of the massage therapy fund. No balance in the fund at the end of any fiscal year shall revert to the general fund. History: Laws 1991, ch. 147, § 23.
