On July 1, 2011, all functions, appropriations, money, records, furniture, equipment and other property of the naprapathic practice board shall be transferred to the New Mexico medical board. B. On the effective date of this act, contractual obligations of the naprapathic practice board are binding on the New Mexico medical board. C. On the effective date of this act, all references in law to the naprapathic practice board shall be deemed to be references in law to the New Mexico medical board.
