A. Any person who fails to furnish the board, its investigators or representatives with information requested by the board is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment for a period of one year or both. B. Any person who violates any provision of the Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing Practices Act is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisonment for a period of one year or both.
