§ 61-14e-8

The department may issue a temporary certificate to practice as a radiologic technologist to a person who satisfactorily completes an approved program in radiologic technology, provided that the temporary certificate: A. is applied for within one year of graduation; B. is valid only for a period not to exceed one year; C. is only issued to a person once; and D. is contingent upon successful completion of an examination required by the board and expires upon failure to pass the examination. The 1993 amendment, effective June 18, 1993, substituted 'department' for 'division' near the beginning of the section.
