The board shall: A. administer the provisions of the Funeral Services Act; B. provide for the examination, licensing and renewal of applicants or licensees; and C. provide for the inspection of establishments and crematories. The 2012 amendment, effective July 1, 2012, changed the name of the act and in Subsection A, after 'provisions of the', deleted 'Thanatopractice' and added 'Funeral Services'.
