A. Except as provided in Section 61-1-34 NMSA 1978, the board shall require each applicant for initial licensure or renewal of a license to pay a nonrefundable licensure fee that shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).B. A license shall expire biennially from the date of initial licensure.C.
