As used in the Impaired Dentists and Dental Hygienists Act: A. 'board' means the New Mexico board of dental health care; B. 'dental hygienists committee' means the New Mexico dental hygienists committee; C. 'dentistry or dental hygiene' means the practice of dentistry or dental hygiene; and D.
