In the event of any conflict between the Energy Transition Act and any other law regarding the attachment, assignment or perfection, or the effect of perfection, or priority of any security interest in or transfer of energy transition property, the Energy Transition Act shall govern to the extent of the conflict.History: Laws 2019, ch. 65, § 21.
