ANNOTATIONSConstitutionality. — The former Motor Vehicle Act was not constitutionally objectionable under N.M. Const., art. IV, § 16. The mere inclusion of other provisions logically within the scope of the title and relating to the general subject of motor vehicles did not violate the 'one subject' restriction. State v.
