Section 66-10-3 - Qualifications of driver education schools; fees

Every applicant in order to qualify to operate a driver education school shall meet the following requirements: A. maintain bodily injury and public damage liability insurance on all motor vehicles used in driving instruction in the amounts and form as prescribed by law or regulation of the bureau; B. have the equipment necessary to the giving of proper instruction in the operation of motor vehicles; and C. pay to the bureau an annual license fee to be set by regulation of the bureau.
