ANNOTATIONSThe 1999 amendment, effective July 1, 1999, deleted 'and certify copies of records' from the catchline, deleted the Subsection A designation, substituted 'department' for 'division' and 'secretary or secretary's delegate' for 'director', and deleted Subsection B, which read, 'The director and such officers of the division as he may designate are authorized to prepare under the seal of the division, and deliver upon request, a certified copy of any record of the division, charging a fee for each document so authenticated, and every such certified copy shall be admissible in any proceeding in any court in like manner as the original thereof'.
