A. Each registration card issued for a truck, truck tractor, road tractor or bus shall show the declared gross weight of the vehicle. B. A special plate or sticker may be issued displaying the declared gross weight. When issued, the special plate or sticker shall be attached to the motive power unit and shall remain attached in such place and manner as is specified by the department.
