A. An off-highway motor vehicle safety training organization that offers and conducts an off-highway motor vehicle safety training course shall be approved and certified by the department. Applicants for approval and certification shall submit an application to the department for consideration. B. The department may approve and certify an organization that meets the minimum criteria established by the department for an off-highway motor vehicle safety training organization.
