Every motor vehicle shall be equipped with a mirror so located as to reflect to the driver a view of the highway for a distance of at least two hundred feet to the rear of such vehicle. ANNOTATIONSNot having rear view mirror contributes to negligence per se. — Where automobile had not been equipped with proper rear view mirror and driver had not signaled that he was reducing speed or stopping, and driver of truck which struck rear of automobile admitted he followed at distance of only 50 to 100 feet, both drivers were guilty of negligence per se and the accident proximately resulted from such negligence.
