Section 66-5-13 - Cancellation of license upon death of person signing minor's application

The division upon receipt of satisfactory evidence of the death of the person who signed the application of a minor for an instruction permit, a driver's license or provisional license shall cancel the license and shall not issue a new license until such time as a new application, duly signed and verified, is made as required by this article.
